‘HOME is the centre of the public domain’ is an installation, the result of a 2 month’s residency at Jan Colle Galerij. It’s a reflection on an ethical problem with separating the private from the public domain. Since the beginning of ethical liberalism we tend to place morality in the public domain. This idea has a lot of advantages, for example the liberation from the christian concept of sin, but it also entails that we can hide from our moral responsibility in the private domain.

The installation was presented with several related objects and an additional installation called ‘Center for Rehumanisation’. The exhibition was filmed by Svend Thomsen.
